Resolution Options:
- Deliver or replace the product
- Refund to original payment method
- Credit to store wallet
General Policy
Please note that Kyubi.gg (KYUBIGG):
- Does not refund orders that have been successfully delivered.
- Is not able to withdraw or remove products that have been sent to an account.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information entered on the Kyubi.gg website is correct. All products purchased and orders completed are final once successfully delivered.
Kyubi.gg will issue a refund in the following scenarios:
- Products not delivered - If your digital products were not delivered to your account.
- Products partially delivered - If you received fewer items than purchased.
- Processing errors - If your account was not able to receive the products due to an issue with the game or Kyubi.gg system.
- Payment discrepancy - If Kyubi.gg deems that there has been a discrepancy in payment received, such as being incorrectly charged.
In the case of a refund:
- Kyubi.gg will refund to your original payment method or credit your store wallet.
- Refunds to your original payment method can take 1 to 5 working days.
